Hi, I'm Caro and I'm a self-confessed bookaholic. I really like coffee and chocolate too (ooh, and wine!) but a good paranormal romance – preferably one with a hot vampire in it – is definitely my first love (sorry hubs).

Before you say anything, I know these bios are supposed to be written in the third person but honestly, it just feels weird talking about myself like I'm someone else. So I guess this is an author autobio! My website, my rules right?

Anyway, as you'll know if you've read the books, I'm a Brit (and I spell like one!) but I now live mainly in Turkiye. I spend most of my time writing, fuelled by offerings of drinks and snacks brought to the Writing Cave by my long-suffering husband, who probably wonders sometimes if he still has a wife or if she's absconded through a secret portal to one of the other realms. Hmmm, maybe I do like him better than fictional vampires after all then, because book boyfriends are great, but they don't bring you chocolate (not saying they wouldn't if they could, but sadly they can't). 

Guardians of the Four Realms is my first 'real' foray into writing, although some people might say that the poem I had published when I was eight also counts (it's me, I'm some people!)

When I'm not writing, you'll probably find me with my nose in a book, scrolling on social media, watching re-runs of Star Trek (sometimes all three at once), or down the Canva rabbit hole creating new book graphics. Yeah, I probably should get out more!
